The Space:
This lovely penthouse condo features:
- Three bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep 6 comfortably. There are two bedrooms located on the lower floor, each with a terrace overlooking 1st Avenue. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom and the guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. A third bedroom is located in the loft, with a double bed and an incredible view from the small balcony.

SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO THE PROXIMITY TO NIGHTCLUBS AND BARS, MUSIC CAN BE HEARD AT NIGHT TIME (PLEASE CONSIDER THIS, FOR LIGHT SLEEPERS) THERE IS ALSO SOME CONSTRUCTION NEARBY AND NOISE CAN BE HEARD DURING WORK HOURS.

- The penthouse comes stocked with some essentials like soap, toilet paper, some bottled water and of course all the linens, bath and beach towels, Wi-Fi & AC. There are no food items or condiments for cooking in the home. These are removed after each guest. Therefore, should you need anything for cooking at home or other than the basic essentials provided during your stay, you'll have to purchase it at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.

- There's no daily housekeeping but if you should require a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) however please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Great party house.....
While this is a prime central location close to everything from the BEAUTIFUL PDC beaches, bus stop, ferry, shopping and restaurant options it is definitely a party house! Beware it is very close to multiple night clubs so the very loud music starts around noon and doesn't end till around 2am. Had my hubby and I been 20yrs younger in our 20's and ready to party this would have been a dream home. For our 8 day relaxing family vacation the nightly booming music was a bit much. That being said we had read other reviews and knew there was clubs close by just didn't realize how close and loud it would actually be (after the booming music you have the drunk walkers). The home is greatly unique with it's 4 levels and again in a prime location near everything you might need. Bring a set of earplugs and a good white noise app if you're out of the "party" stage in your life!

Beautiful but loud
The condo on its own is fabulous! Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The roof top and pool are wonderful. But as others stated it gets very loud at night. It starts at 10pm and ends at 5am. Location to the beach, restaurants and shopping are superb but unfortunately too close to a few nightclubs.

The property itself was very nice - location was excellent. close to dining, beach, shopping, and night life. Kitchen was very well equipped and very nice grocery store is less than 10 minute walk. the only issue was noise. nightclubs down the street play loud music until 4 am. so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs are advisable. on-site staff was very helpful and responsive to any request.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice!
The penthouse on Sacbe was even better than pictured. It's right around the corner from every restaurant, shopping center, grocery store and excursion pick-up you can think of. Not to mention it's just a four minute walk to the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper or plan on having a relaxing night though! The penthouse is surrounded by Playa Del Carmen's most well-known bars and clubs and YOU WILL HEAR THE MUSIC UNTIL FIVE IN THE MORNING. Be sure to pack ear plugs!
