Just Ok

I liked the apartment, super clean, but they took the tv out and communication with the host is virtually impossible. They changed our door code upon arrival but then it stopped working so we couldn’t even leave the apartment, going to contest for a partial refund as we wasted hours having to stay in the apartment or chance getting locked out with no way to reach the host.

Misleading and frustrating

Cons: no toilet paper or soap when I arrived. WiFi did not work for the entirety of my trip. The TV pictured and in the property description was not present. Shower water would not get hot. Overnight, the neighbors smoked so much marijuana that the smell was overwhelming and woke me up on two nights. I sent many messages to the host that went unanswered; all the responses were automated. Pros: the host brought toilet paper on my second day (after I already had obviously bought some). The physical location of the building was good. Overall, would not recommend, unfortunately.
