About this property

We welcome you to enjoy our private beach home on Sanibel/Captiva. This large six bedroom pool home is a short walk to the beach!

Our home offers incredible privacy with views of the tranquil backyard lake.

The house features two separate living areas comfortably accommodating two large families. There are two full sitting areas as well as 3 bedrooms on each level. This home can sleep up to 14 people. Groups with over 6 adults must be approved by the owner.

House is located mid island in a private community. Located roughly 600 yards from the private beach access and the stunning gulf coast beach with some of the worlds best shelling.

Please note the city of Sanibel ordinance requires rental periods of four consecutive weeks. We abide by all city terms and all rentals will accompany a 4 consecutive week rental blockout period.

Highly Recommend!

Marcus is an exceptional host to a well equipped, beautiful end of street oasis. The caged pool area is pure serenity overlooking fresh water pond with lovely well maintained landscaping on oversized lot offering nice privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank Marcus for all the extra special touches that ensured a memorable get-away to our favorite island.

Great Stay!

Me and my family had a great time relaxing there! Very cozy and comfy and definitely one to remember. The scenery and wildlife is very cool as well! (a couple iguanas visited the front yard in the morning for breakfast :))

Awesome Extended Stay

The house is as nicely furnished and immaculate as it looks in the pictures. Well stocked with everything one could need for pool and beach. Property location convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva . Lastly, the owner communicated very well and was extremely responsive to any questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.
