Woodland Heights is a "Hometown near downtown since 1907", with craftsman-style homes, sidewalks, and beautiful large oak trees.
My home is across the street from Woodland Park, which has tennis, a playground, and bike rentals. Just a few blocks south is White Oak Park, with bike trails along Buffalo Bayou. A neighborhood coffee bar and restaurants are within walking distance.

I am a real estate broker and investor, and a home builder. I lived nearby this property for several years and know the Heights area very well. I grew up in Venezuela and studied Law before moving to Houston and entering the real estate business in partnership with my dad.
Why they chose this property
Centrally located near downtown and the White Oak entertainment district, and is in an established neighborhood with close freeway and public transportation access. The home is newly remodeled, is fully equipped and has new , modern furnishings. The kitchen is ready for full meal preparation, or for just preparing a morning cup of coffee. Many restaurants of different types are close by, and many will deliver meals right to the door. A coffee house with delicious cinnamon rolls is a short walk away. For added privacy and security, the property is gated.
What makes this property unique
The quiet back yard is perfect for kids and is shaded with mature trees. A security gate is provided with parking inside. Pets may be accommodated on a case by case basis.
