Cozy Villa 1 is a one bedroom villa with open living room that can be closed off, fully equipped kitchen, private garden and 3×7 meter swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

The living room has sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with international channels, dining table for two and kitchenette with fridge, stove and water dispenser, all kitchen facilities to cook and serve table.

Air conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king sized bed with high quality linens, closet with safety box and bath robes, bathroom with shower, and hot water.
