Perfect location! M Hotel is across the street with 2 outdoor pools, spa, gym, and restaurants. 10 Mins from the strip. The home is 15 mins to Convention Center. Close to the Airport too! (10-12 mins) The District Shopping area and restaurants. Near outlet malls and the Town Square Shopping mall on LV Blvd. Great restaurants nearby.

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features: New furniture; 42 inch flat screen TV with Bose surround sound; LARGE master bedroom suite with private bath, ceiling fans,
new washer and dryer, double door stainless steel Frigidaire refrigerator, walk-in closets,
microwave, Whirlpool dishwasher, huge granite counter-top space, kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, patio, mountain views.

Everything is brand new! Never been lived in.

I am available for questions and I'm happy to assist guests with getting acquainted with Las Vegas. Guests have the entire home to themselves as I live off-premises.
