Terrible experience
We had a very terrible experience to put it lightly. In all my years traveling, I’ve never been cancelled, until now. Poor communication on the management side led to the cancellation of our reservation without any notice, 2 days before we were to arrive. They emailed 1 day in advance asking our check in time but they claimed to have already cancelled us, which I saw en route on the app, so we scrambled to find alternate lodging for my medical tests and treatments. Then he tried to force me to cancel and forfeit the deposit. VRBO had to demand they cancel and refund in full, twice. Be aware this is a managed property not a private list. I DO NOT recommend. I’m disabled but communicated very clearly and in advance when I would be able to complete their “pre check” and did complete all requirements, despite their claims that I didn’t. Be aware they require all costs to be paid on a separate platform and they want both sides of your ID plus a selfie to “verify” your identity. Their platform is so buggy it didn’t work properly then they blamed me. This situation caused me severe distress during an already distressful time. Overzealous management company that has no clue how to properly manage rental properties, which is why I was able to do this review. I’ve been a private property management for over 10 years plus corporate for over 3, and this is not how you treat people. These people need extensive training in hospitality and management. Stay away!
