Set in the picturesque mid-mountain area of Deer Valley's Silverlake Village, Deer Valley Black Bear 308AB provides two charming log cabin-inspired retreats. Just a few steps from Silverlake Village, you'll have convenient access to a variety of world-class restaurants, shops, ski/bike rentals, and of course, Deer Valley's ski lifts. Black Bear Lodge is also located across the street from the renowned Stein Eriksen Lodge, offering après-ski, fine dining, and luxurious spa services. In the winter months, the nearby free shuttle makes it easy to reach Park City's Main Street, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.

Designed with a rustic log cabin charm, the two condos span 2,784-square feet, offering three bedrooms and five full bathrooms accommodating up to eight guests - making it perfect for families or small groups.

From the communal garage, take the elevator to the third floor, up a few stairs, and through a shared hallway to reach the both units. In both units, you will find a great room showcasing hardwood flooring, wood plank ceilings, and mountain-themed decor for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Living Rooms (Two):
Each unit's living room provide comfortable leather and fabric seating, a stone-faced gas fireplace, and a Samsung Smart TV with cable. High ceilings and large windows create an open, airy feel. In each unit, you can step out onto the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, soak in the soothing hot tub, and admire views of the ski runs.

Kitchen (Two):
Each kitchen is fully equipped and boasts granite and wood plank countertops, a center island with bar seating, and stainless-steel appliances. You will find an electric range, refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and a drip coffee maker to warm you up in the mornings. With everything you need to prepare meals, each kitchen offers both functionality and style.

Dining Areas (Two):
Each dining area features a wooden table with seating for up to six guests. Extra chairs are available in the bedrooms in Unit B, when needed, making it an ideal space for sharing meals and enjoying quality time together.

King Suite 1 – Unit A - The spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed, a Samsung Smart TV with cable, a stone wall gas fireplace, and large windows that fill the room with natural light.
