This luxurious newly built villa is located in the village of Ivanica, just across the border from Croatia to Bosnia-Herzegovina, at the distance of 8km to Dubrovnik and 5km to the first beac.
It has floor surface of 220m2 and can accommodate 7 persons. In front of the villa there is an 8×4m swimming pool. There is a wonderful view of the valley and the sea from the house. The ground floor comprises a hallway, wc, laundry, modern-equipped kitchen, dining/living room. The living and dining room are connected to a large covered terrace. Below the terrace is the swimming pool. The kitchen has direct access to the rear terrace which has a BBQ area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds. The other bedroom has a double and a single bed. This bedroom can be converted into a study. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. The first floor bathroom has a shower cabin. There is also a storage room on this floor. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with two walk-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub; the other has a shower cabin. There is also a small kitchenette. The bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views. The villa is newly built and all materials used are of high quality and modern design. It is equipped with everything you will need for a very comfortable vacation. Bed linen and towels are supplied and replaced weekly.

The distance to Trebinje, a beautiful Mediterranean city in Herzegovina, is 15 km. Ivanica village is a very popular vacation settlement for people from all over former Yugoslavia, but it is mostly favored by people from Dubrovnik who want to escape the summer crowds and the heat in Dubrovnik. It is a quiet vacation place, but very well located if you want to visit lively Dubrovnik or take a swim on the lovely beaches of Dubrovnik Riviera, or make exploring excursions to Croatia, Montenegro ad Bosnia-Herzegovina. Due to the ionized sea air, the hills above Dubrovnik are well known as an air-health-spa which is very beneficial for those with respiratory problems.

Great Holiday in Ivanica

Clean house, more than big enough for six. Nice outside area for sitting and relaxing, a great pool. The owner gave us great tips for exploring the area. We loved we could visit 3 countries in one holiday.

Fantastisch

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de yellow villa. Beheerder Boro is goed bereikbaarheid, vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar indien nodig. Een mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras. Fantastisch zwembad met voldoende privacy. Ruime kamers, die schoon waren. Mooie nette badkamers en aan de rand van het huis her lekkere restaurant Izvor. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor als je richting Dubrovnik wilt gaan. Let wel op er zijn twee grensponsten waar je langs moet en waar file kan staan. Aanrader. Wij hebben genoten.

A lovely property in a fascinating location.

The Yellow Villa is a very comfortable and well appointed property with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. It is in a great location with many interesting places to visit in three countries and within an hours drive. It also benefits from having a fantastic local restaurant on the doorstep. Bosnia- Herzegovina has left an impression on us and we hope to visit the Yellow Villa in the future.
