1-bedroom house with WiFi, AC close to campus and North Gate.
This is a 4 bedroom rental property that is NOT currently leased. I've sparsely outfitted the lower bed/bath and the kitchen and living area to accommodate short term rentals AFTER football season. It has: 60" TV, WiFi, heating/ac, a washer and dryer, 2 living room recliners, 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar and basic kitchen utensils for your convenience. With the large living area and 1.5 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Whether you're traveling solo or with a companion, this fantastic property is the perfect retreat for your getaway. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a brand new ceiling fan. It's easy walking distance to the Zachary Engineering building or anything on the north side of campus. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

What makes this property unique
This a 4 bedroom rental property I purchased last spring. Unfortunately it did not lease for the current school year. So, I did some R&M to the place and sparsely outfitted the lower bedroom, kitchen and living areas. I'm using it for a few football games and then will short term rent it after the tu weekend. The upper bedrooms are locked and not available for use.
