Charming rural stone house. Enjoy relaxing in large garden with valley views or views from bright open plan ground floor. Ideal for large or small groups or couples. Fully equipped including free very high speed fibre internet access, 2 TV's with 'Orange TV' (one 4k TV in lounge, one HD TV on top floor, DVD, stereo. Great location for Morbihan sightseeing and activities - just 3 minutes to Peaule village amenities, 5 minutes to Branfere wildlife park and 15-20 minutes from Damgan's sandy beaches and rock pools and from historic/scenic towns of La Roche Bernard (Vilaine river trips & views) and Rochefort-en-Terre. Vannes (history, shops, theatres, markets, museums), Gulf of Morbihan (water activities, islands) and many other parks and attractions are within easy reach (wildlife, prehistoric, kayaking, golf). Enjoy scenic cycling around (bicycles available). Warm central heating and time saving facilities include: dishwasher; washing machine and 3 bathrooms (no queues!).

Il devient urgent de revoir la propreté et l hygiène, notamment les couverts ustensiles cuisine couverts de moisissure, on a du nettoyer les couverts avant l utilisation (entre autres) housse de matelas non adaptés au format literie...etc photos à l appuie si besoin est... C' est dommage... la maison a pourtant du potentiel !

Calme bien équipé bien placé.

Séjour très calme beaucoup de points intéressants à 20 minutes maximum maison très bien équipée pour des enfants

Joli cadre extérieur sans vis à vis entouré de champs. L'intérieur nécessite vraiment un bon rafraichissement Sanitaires à changer Batterie de cuisine à renouveler Supprimer la moquette sur les escaliers et les tapis Bref un état général négligé et c'est dommage car la maison ne manque pas de charme. Si problème, il vaut mieux parles anglais car le propriétaire ne parle pas trop le francais

Maison idéale pour la famille

2 ème séjour, maison au calme accueillante. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, manger, en extérieur, se relaxer dans le jardin. Cuisinière à double four appréciable pour les repas en famille. La literie est très bonne. La chambre pour les enfants dans les combles est simple et efficace grande capacité de couchage . Une table pour qu'ils.jouent. Nous apprécions toujours autant cette maison et nous reviendrons encore . Le seul bémol c'est l éloignement du centre ville. Mais pour nous ça nous va!

Married with 2 school kids now living near London. Enjoy travelling and have lived and worked worldwide and always wanted to own property overseas away from not too far from the sea.
Always liked France and Brittany and fell in love with property for reasons below - much more recently renting it to help cover costs.

Why they chose this property

1. Great location in France - easy drive from UK/France and S Morbihan was the warmest and driest part of Brittany, yet close to many attractions and seaside.
2. Secluded 'get-away' rural location with large garden and good views, well away from main roads, yet only 3km from nearest town for supplies. Love sipping French wine/eating bread and cheese, relaxing with friends and playing with kids in back garden, which seems a million miles from crowded SE England!
3. Characterful house fine for a few people - also with plenty of space for friends to stay - especially with large attic room for kids!

What makes this property unique

In addition to great location and garden and spacious house noted above, we renovated house and installed broadband and French ADSL TV plus UK Freesat (and bicycles etc.!) for keeping guests and ourselves more happy and entertained!
