This newly updated home is a relaxing living including a new flat screen TV with Comcast Cable for your entertainment pleasure.

Prepare a home cooked meal in the open kitchen. Equipped with new stainless steel appliances, basic cookware and dishes are available for your use!

Each bedroom has a new, comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom includes two queen beds.

The full bathroom also includes a shower tub combo.

Our guests will also have access to the 1 car garage which includes a 2 car parking space in the driveway.

For added convince, our guests have access to the backyard.

This is a good place for a budget focused stay. The furniture was uncomfortable and some items were broken. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Many light bulbs were burned out. Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. More window coverings would be nice considering the neighborhood. No exhaust fans in either the bathroom or kitchen. Based on the intake process and pictures, I was expecting better accommodations. I really enjoyed the floor-ceiling to view the beautiful tree in the backyard. Suggest more seating, deeper cleaning, more cable options, needed repairs and maintenance. Location was convenient for our purposes, and the price was right; it reflects the state of the property in comparison to other options nearby.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paid $155 for cleaning and the place is filthy, and I don’t mean dusty. Fridge smelled so bad, couldn’t put food in it. Moldy shower curtain and terrible smell. Curtains either sheer or torn so very bright at 6am. Jason would not respond, so Airbnb ended up putting us in a nice hotel.

A cozy gem

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing stay. Only had one hiccup with getting inside the property but the manager was expedient and helpful in replying. The yard was really big and the neighborhood quiet. The location is a perfect distance from many shopping areas. We really liked how much like home this place was, clean living quarters, a stocked kitchen, and secured parking. If there’s any criticism I would say the breakfast nook was a little crowded and the high table a touch wobbly but you can easily overlook that with the view into the yard. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
