Will I recommend this property. For young adults only. So let’s start with the neighborhood, it’s in a sketchy area, I’m native San Diego, so I wasn’t too concerned but for a tourist, I advise to not. The host was very pleasant, he even got us donuts the next morning, he communicated well and promptly, and allowed me to check in early. I only stayed one night however the 2 bedrooms, the last one and middle one those beds are terrible. Very stiff and the curtains were not my favorite, kitchen windows had no curtains either. This property has a lot of potential, but it needs a lot of work. The front doesn’t look good either, and street parking is a bad too, however the host was kind to have a spot to park. I will have a video look for @scarthecannamom on all social media platforms.
