Beautiful house within 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and famous Hollywood Broadwalk. First floor offers master bedroom with large bathroom and walking closet. Laundry room with a washer and dryer. Second floor offers large master bedroom with private balcony and full bathroom. House has a fence all around it. Garage for 3 cars and plenty of space for additional parking spaces on the territory. Nice neighborhood. Travertine patio with LED color lights. Large swimming pool and Jacuzzi which can be heated for additional $150 per day (please send us request for instructions).
