JULY & AUG ARE MAINLY 3-7 DAY RENTALS FROM SUN. TO SUN.. PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON AMOUNT OF PEOPLE, DATES AND ACCOMMODATIONS YOU CHOOSE. Harimar 304#4 is a 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance on the 2nd floor. It has 2 double beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, ac, very clean and has a small deck. The apartment is near the patio area with several umbrella tables, wifi, bbq and has use of the front porch. There are 2 totally enclosed, hot and cold, very clean outside showers for your use. Harimar is just a 3 minute walk to the Boardwalk, Piers, Waterpark, Beach, Dog Beach, Restaurants, Churches, etc. on a residential street.
HARIMAR is a good alternative to motels that do not provide full kitchens to dine at home and is definitely better than camping. The atmosphere is very friendly and accommodations are clean, comfortable and affordable. We prefer to rent 5-7 days, but, if available, will rent for shorter periods. A large percentage of our customers return every year, make friends with other tenants, many of whom socialize with one another after returning home.
We are here to help you enjoy your vacation by providing suggestions and a map of the County for activities and restaurants and we live on-site.

La propriétaire parle français, très aimable, logement bien équipé, ce fût une semaine agréable. La seule chose est que c'est un peu difficile pour le stationnement, si tu pars, tu perds ta place et au retour il faut que tu cherches ou que tu ailles plus loin. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons apprécié l'endroit.

Nice people bad internet

The space was small but clean. They were responsive when we had ants. The real issue was the internet. We really had to work, and the internet was not good sadly.

Great for no frills beach vacation

Clean and functional. Good value for money, not a luxury stay. Pictures are accurate. Manager is very friendly and easy to work with.

Good place with a good location; disconnects between the listing and the rental experience

Good place with a good location. The interior pictures are of a similar apartment with a similar layout and square footage -- but not this specific one. Also, note that, despite what VRBO and payment instructions through VRBO say, the owners DO NOT take checks. Recommended owners amend their listing and payment instructions to reflect what methods of payment they find acceptable; this disconnect, discovered at the moment of check-in, was very frustrating. Owners do provide a parking pass and beach chairs, sand toys, etc.; recommend owners include those amenities on the listing and renters explicitly request such items as paying for chairs & such on the beach is expensive. WiFi weak in this unit; recommend signal booster. Owner's phone number provided by VRBO is a landline and cannot receive text messages; recommend providing both landline and cell numbers, labeling each. All in all, good place with good location . . . just need to tighten up the listing language.
