About this property

Beautiful recently renovated detached villa on an end / corner plot in the exclusive area of Salobre Golf. It has a modern design over two floors. The ground floor has a bright and spacious living-room with large glass doors, a large covered open terrace with glass sliding doors to allow cooling breeze or shut it off completely, garden with heatable (extra charge) pool, and a separate kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor has three bedrooms, one on-suite and an additional family bathroom, plus walk-in wardrobe / dressing room / storage and a terrace. All rooms overlook the golf course and the surrounding hills.

The space
The villa is furnished exclusively with new, imported furniture and high-quality equipment is provided including nespresso machine, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, as well as hairdryer, lush towels, quality bed linen. It has a private garage and a tropical garden with beautiful plants and palm trees. There is plenty of outside and inside space to spend your holidays in an affordable luxury.

top house nice trip in a nice island

we have got all what we expected for our trip in Gran Canaria. I let just 4 stars at the emplacement because, there is a noisy traffic during the week next to house because of many constructions actually in Salobre Golf.

Brilliant stay!

We had a fabulous time at villa with all the amenities you could possibly need. Villa was clean, well looked after and location is brilliant for both relaxing and doing some exploring close by. Steven is very helpful and responsive to any queries and does so very promptly. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. This was our first time staying in a villa as a family and have decided this is the way we will go on holiday going forward.
