Always a great stay

Will not go back

we were very dissatisfied with this property. The pictures on the website definitely made this room look great. Room overlooked the parking lot. A full size murphy bed with flat pillows. We had no power one evening. No water pressure in kitchen. Elevators were out several times. Room was very humid - clothes were damp when we put them on. Parking was horrible. Had to get security guard to get people up to move their cars so we could get out. When we called to advise about the power, we told the girl we were very unhappy with our stay and that we were leaving the next day. She said they could comp us a day when we checked out. Well --- that did not happen and was told the girl was new and should not have told us that. That is not our problem that she is new but that is what we were told. Needless to say, we will not return and would not refer Sugar Beach to anyone.
