Comfortable with helpful staff

Clean, comfortable and convenient with good basic amenities - a suitable base for exploring further afield. Supermarket across the road, liquor store next door and plenty of restaurants within easy walk. A second easy chair would have been useful. Not located in the heart of Calgary but close enough! Helpful friendly staff.

We had a great stay, convenient location, clean rooms and pleasant staff. The only drawback we found were that the walls were quite thin so noise from other rooms was audible with our door closed.

Booked very last minute, late at night, due to a family emergency requiring a stay in Calgary. Got to the hotel and the door was locked to the building with a phone number to contact for check-in. Called multiple times with no response and was forced to book somewhere else - was then refused a refund for this issue. This was absolutely unacceptable and would recommend avoiding this location due to poor communication alone.
