Comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests with a queen bed, two twin loft beds, and full size futon bed, everyone will have their own place to sleep.

Jump into vacation mode in no time as you cozy up in the living room or whip up meals in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meal.

But wait, there's more! Enjoy movie nights on two Smart TVs with streaming services, have a Mario Kart tournament on the super Nintendo console, or break out the classic board games for family fun.

Step outside and fire up the propane BBQ for a sizzling feast. Grab the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, and sand toys for a sun-soaked day at the shore. This beach retreat has everything you need for the ultimate coastal getaway!

THE BUILDING: You will be sharing the building with two other units, three in total. This unit is located on the first floor. There is one unit above and one unit next door. The entire building can be rented at the same time for larger groups.

PARKING: this unit comes with one off street parking spot. There is a paid lot a block away for more cars overnight.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to this one bedroom condo as well as one dedicated parking spot just outside the unit.

Outside, the propane BBQ grill and beach gear is shared with the other 2 units in the building. With quick beach access and amazing amenities, you'll enjoy complete comfort during your stay!

Interaction with Guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:
This building is directly between of the beach boardwalk and Mission Blvd (restaurant strip), in a lively vacation area.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is also a neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
