Great Location

The apartment is in a great location, however the apartment needed a good clean. Staff at reception very helpful.

Pay for two bedrooms, get one and a cubbyhole

One of the bedrooms was tiny, windowless, doorless and airless so we moved the mattress into the lounge to sleep on. Very disappointing to pay for two bedrooms and have to sleep in the lounge. Luckily the lounge and kitchen area was spacious and clean though! The aircon unit leaked a lot of water, which was dripping all over the sound system beneath. We moved this and advised reception - someone came and looked at it while we were out but it wasn't fixed.

Handy in the city

Came over for state of origin a couple of days early. Room on the 4th level was great. Well appointed rooms. Only downside was the blinds. With offices right outside you need to keep them closed during the day. There are only filter blinds in the lounge, so you have them closed during the day and there’s no blockout curtains at night. Overall was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Parking is onsite, but not suitable for larger vehicles unless you have a spotter.

The check in process was excellent. Very friendly staff. Very close walking distance to attractions and trams. While the apartment was clean and tidy it was very run down and in need of a total revamp. Stained carpets, mouldy showers, broken door handle, wobbly lampshades. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Cityside Convenience and Comfort

We had an after hours check in but managed to get access without any problem. The three of us were very comfortable and we all loved the view across to St David's and over Russell Street. Have stayed on a number of previous occasions and would definitely return. Recommended!

very happy

We were very happy with our experience. Being apartments, not a hotel, I missed the front desk being open late or early, but that is what you get I suppose. The living rooms did not have enough light, at night time it was very dark, but bedrooms and bathroom were ok, except poor lighting in bathroom for using the mirror. Parking was a bit expensive and tight for our hire car, but very convenient and felt safe.

Great location and room pitty about the noise

Great big spacious apartment with everything you need, very comfortable. However being woken up at 5 am on a Monday morning by recycling trucks emptying 200 wheelie bins from the alleyway down the side of the hotel was not ideal! We stayed on the second floor I would recommend asking for a room much higher up. On the Tuesday and Wednesday we were woken up at 6 am with other activity in the alley way. It was like living in the middle of a construction site. Not what you need when your on holiday.

Great location and very good space apartment. Would be perfect if there were heater in the bedroom and bathroom during winter. The aircon in the lounge room was not powerful to warm up the bedroom and bathroom. The duty manager was helpful during my stay. Quick after-hours check in and check out.
