About this property

1917 Bungalow with tons of charm and all the modern amenities that make you feel warm and welcome during your stay. 2 king beds and one queen with cozy bedding. Two full bathrooms with fresh towels, heated floors and walk-in showers. Large eat-in kitchen with heated floors stocked with the cookware needed for cooking or baking- fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven/range, dishwasher and microwave. Comfy furniture, Smart TV in the living room (no TVs in bedrooms), WiFi, board games, scrabble table, puzzle table, and more.

We made our space for families and friends to come together. We have lots of games and puzzles to enjoy together. We don’t put TVs in the bedrooms so that people would spend time together in the shared spaces, like the living room.

Great central Boise location, close to downtown, the Boise Greenbelt, Quinns Pond, parks and spots for coffee and food. Close to the freeway for easy access to the airport and all over the Treasure Valley area.

Please do not wear shoes in the house. Our fireplace cannot be used for a fire. Candles and the decorative candle holder can be used instead.

Do not open the old wood windows. There are newer windows on the street side and back side of the house that can be opened if you like fresh air.

Do not flush anything other than septic safe toilet paper, absolutely no feminine products/tampons/flushable wipes, etc. any damage is a $350 fee.
