Dog-Friendly, oasis-like condo in East County, San Diego

PLEASE- Inquire (click "Contact Owner"), rather than doing a Reservation Request (clicking on "Book New"). Because we list on 5 different sites, our calendar is not always up to date. We do our best, but because the demand is so high, we get inundated with reservation requests and then get penalized by this site for declining the ones that are not a good fit. Help us out and send an inquiry first! We promise to respond very quickly! Our typical response rate is 5-10 minutes.

Nestled in a full facilities condo complex in Santee (East San Diego), right by both the 52 and 8 freeways. The 52 will give you quick access to north county. The 67 to the Coronado base and beaches.

Close to all the restaurants, shopping, groceries, and specialty stores in Santee.

The unit has 2 well-lit bedrooms (and 1 bathroom) upstairs, and a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room downstairs. The queen-sized beds are high-quality and rooms have thick curtains for those working nights.

The living room sofa-sleeper turns into a queen-sized bed, so the unit can sleep 6+

Central AC and heater, super fast Wi-Fi, large wide-screen TVs with movies on demand (via Apple TV and Netflix) in every room.

The kitchen is large and has everything you could want. Large stainless steel refrigerator (with ice maker), dishwasher, appliances, cookware, etc.

There is a small backyard area with patio furniture for enjoying dinner and wine outside but with full privacy.

Washer/Dryer, ironing board, and everything you could need is included.

The condo complex offers a pool, mailboxes, manicured lawns, etc. Plenty of parking.

We have a 1-month min but tend to cater to guests staying 2-6 months. We are not a vacation rental. We specialize in temporary accommodations for couples relocating, traveling nurses, and families relocating to San Diego and needing temporary accommodations.

The neighborhood is extremely safe, family-oriented, and within walking distance of a Starbucks, frozen yogurt place, and many other businesses.

It is one corner of the condo complex, so it offers a lot of peace and quiet.

Children welcome, but no pets (some dogs will be considered, but only if kept in the fenced in backyard and not allowed indoors). No cats.

They thought of everything!
Most amazing was the entertainment system . All the rooms are connected to it and you can watch anything. For us, having a real kitchen that you can actually cook big family meals in was the highlight. Didn't get to try the pool or doggie stuff (as we don't have a pooch), but they look great. If my job sends us back to San Diego, this will be my first choice!

Love this condo-Perfect for big families
So, nice to have a full kitchen with everything in it. We like to cook. We are a big family. Very welcoming and warm condo. We liked the pool. San Diego in the winter can get warm (believe it or not) and the pool and hot top were a big hit with my kids. Private parking by out front door is nice but the quiet was the number one thing

Perfect for our work assignment!
This unit was perfect for my work assignment. So quiet in a very safe family-oriented neighborhood. My work in San Diego is over, but someday I will come back to explore the city and enjoy all the cool places nearby! Maybe then I can take the time to sleep in and enjoy the birds chirping the morning as I drove to the job site. I see why they call it a Peaceful condo, both bedroom as super quiet. It is in a condo complex with a HOW, but right on the corner and out of the way. We didn't get to try out the pool area, as I was really here on a work assignment. Thanks for letting my business partner and I rent it for the month!
