It is 15 minutes from almost everything; the airport, 4 ski resorts, downtown Salt Lake City, and is walking distance to Murray city downtown, Murray park and very close to 5 different golf courses. It’s a corner property on 2 dead end streets and has abundant shade in the summer. Comes with a 2 car garage and a fully fenced back yard. Pets are allowed. Smoking outside is ok. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Washer and dryer included. Partially furnished.
