This property is on the second floor of a small building of the fifties, has 750 Sq Ft approximately, a master room is very spacious, with walking closet and private terrace, the bathroom is large and has shower, its kitchen is integrated with the Living room, is very clear and recently renovated.

Really the location of this apartment is very convenient, if you like the beach, across the street you can enjoy the white sands of Deerfield Beach or if you prefer you can also spend some time in a park right next to watch the boats pass by Intercoastal, the apartment is spacious, recently renovated and decorated with beautiful colors.
