The Space:
Upper Level:
The spacious master suite offers a luxurious retreat, featuring a comfortable king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Wake up to beautiful views and enjoy the peace and quiet of this elevated sanctuary.

Main Level:
This level is the heart of the home, featuring an open and well-stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family gatherings. The living room, complete with a Smart TV, provides a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring. Two inviting queen bedrooms share a full bathroom, offering comfort and convenience for guests.

Lower Level:
Designed for both relaxation and fun, the lower level features a cozy second living space with comfortable seating and games, creating the perfect spot for entertainment. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests, with a full/twin bunk bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A garage with a washer and dryer ensures convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor Space:

Situated on a sprawling 3-acre property, this home boasts incredible outdoor areas designed for relaxation and taking in Sedona’s natural beauty. The expansive deck offers ample seating, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking Red Rock views while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. A BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking, making alfresco dining a must. Whether you’re lounging, dining, or simply taking in the stunning surroundings, this outdoor space is the perfect complement to your Sedona getaway.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property at 4 pm on the date of check in through 10 am on the date of check out.
Access via keypad.

The Neighborhood:
Amazing location within walking distance to Crescent Moon Ranch, Pyramid Trail, Scorpion Tail, Ramshead Trail and Ridge Trail.

Near red rock state park and Secret Slick Rock.

Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Limited Wifi - good for surfing the web, however, challenging for streaming multiple devices as once.

House Rules:

Check-in is 4 p.m.
Check-out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
