Welcome to Casa de la Mer! Beautifully remodeled beachfront boutique Condo with 2 King Master ensuite bedrooms.

Sparkling new fully equipped kitchen: Gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

2 Master Bedrooms. 1 King gel memory foam bed overlooking the ocean. The second Master bedroom has a King gel memory foam bed overlooking the mountains. Both bedrooms are en-suite. The luxurious bathrooms have travertine rain showers.

No expense spared with 3 - 50" Smart TV's (Netflicks, etc.) 2 DVD players, DVD's and more.

Air Conditioning in all rooms. Ceiling fans in all rooms and Washer and Dryer in unit.

There is a huge balcony overlooking Banderas Bay, amazing views by day ( even seen dolphins and whales! ) and twinkling lights by night. The balcony has plenty of seating to relax, a ceiling fan and a propane BBQ.

The gorgeous grounds are located right on the 5 mile stretch of white sandy beach. You have your own Palapa's on the sand with tables and beach chairs. There are also a heated Infinity pool overlooking the ocean for your enjoyment.

This Condo is fully secured and has security available 24 hours. There is also one secured covered parking spot provided within the gates.

This area is known for quiet relaxation, but not without fun! There are amazing restaurants, 3 Championship golf courses, Vallarta Adventure Tours, Parasailing, kite surfing, Spas and much, much more. Turtles have come up right onto our beach in front of the Palapa's and laid their eggs. We have also had baby turtle hatchings!

Exceptional month long stay at Casa de la Mer in PV!

Good morning! I wanted to thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home, Casa de la Mer with our family! (September 9 – October 7) From the moment we walked in, it felt like home in so many ways. For those who are looking for a comfortable and safe place to relax and enjoy Puerta Vallarta, this is it. The complex is out of the hustle and bustle of the city if that’s what you’re looking for. However, a taxi or Uber ride is only a minute or two away if you need to go anywhere. The security personnel are super helpful as are the maintenance staff who keep the property looking perfect! To begin with, the beach is right outside your door! We’ve enjoyed seeing baby turtles hatch and make their way to the beach just about every morning. The beach was not crowded, and the waters felt safe to swim in. We did just about every day! The pool offers a refreshing place to cool off after spending the day on the beach, without a lot of noise and crazy activities going on. The home is spacious, well organized, and beautifully furnished. It’s as if everything you think you may need is already here. The king size beds are very comfortable, and sleeping in was no problem! The condo’s amenities of a dishwasher, washer and dryer and air conditioning, to name a few, made staying at home nice on the hot days! Thank you again for a most pleasant and relaxing experience! We plan to come back!

Beautiful Sunsets!

Wonderful place to relax. The pool and beach are very well maintained. Property had all the amenities needed. The views from the patio where amazing. The listing does not do it justice. Unit owners and property manager where very responsive. On site security was always around if needed and very helpful with any request. Would certainly recommend! Thanks

Beachfront Paradise

Feels as though you are on a ship! On this wonderful balcony all you can see is the bay, sand and palm trees. Best balcony ever. The unit itself is well appointed and fully stocked. Very nice beach decor.

Perfect relaxing vacation

I stayed here with my wife and my parents, Alex, the property manager, met us onsite and check in was very quick and easy. The building is gated and has 24 hour security, all of the tower employees were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is amazing and everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the complementary bottle of Prosecco on the balcony as soon as we arrived. The apartment was very clean, everything was in good condition and the decoration is great. The workers clear the beach every morning of seaweed that washed up overnight so the beachfront is always pristine. The pool is cleaned regularly and is very relaxing. It’s a very quiet property and all the tenants and guests were very respectful. We would love to stay here in the future!

My husband and I have been married now for 36 years and have 2 daughters, 1 Son-in-law, 3 Grandsons and two adorable Pomeranians! We currently live in Sonoma County near our children. It is lovely here, but since having some health issues - I really wanted to be able to relax in a warm climate and enjoy the warm ocean!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have always loved Puerto Vallarta. My youngest daughter and I went on a scouting trip to look at Property in 2014. We looked at 20 properties from Mismaloya to Punta Mita.

On our last day, we walked into our Condo. It really was love at first sight for both my daughter and me. It was that WOW moment, that no other Condo had.

What makes this property unique

The first thing that impressed us was the area. So neat and clean with Palm lined streets. Much quieter and more relaxing than many other areas we looked at. We were impressed by the Security of the building. BUT.....It was the balcony! This huge balcony on the 8th floor overlooking the bay. Amazing!!! The heated Infinity pools and the private area of Palapa's on the beach. Truly PARADISE!!!
Although much quieter than many other areas there is always something fun to do just around town. Cab rides are quickly hailed by Security or Uber and quite reasonable.

My daughter has Parasailed from right down the beach and just down the street is Vallarta Adventures where we have taken wonderful excursions. You can walk to Bucerias on the beach. There are so many great restaurants. Can't choose a favorite.
