Less than 1 Star

This is a 2nd floor unit with no ramp and no elevator. (that was NOT disclosed in the listing) The stairway is steep and has an uneven, unmarked lip at the bottom. I broke my foot on that uneven lip within 12 hours of arriving. I have not heard ONE word from the owner about this. The unit is not as advertised... it is not a fully functioning kitchen. The kitchen had no running water. It took 5 days for the owner to respond and tell me there is a sensor somewhere to make the water run. I could not make it run, but they never responded to any further messages. There is no ice cube tray so bring your own if you want iced drinks (or if you break your foot and need to ice it during the next 6 days of your stay). There is one small baking tray, so forget the penne with asiago and basil bake you had planned. There are no hotpads (bath towels doubled as a hotpad), no dish clothes or dish towels (which was probably ok as there was no running water to do dishes in the kitchen anyway). No toaster!!!!!!! So if you planned on bagels, toast with jam, toaster streudels or anything toasted, plan on using the oven (without hot pads). There is no spatula, so toasted cheese, french toast, burgers, or over-easy eggs require creative use of serving spoons and knives (on crutches). There is no colander or drainer, so bring burn cream for your hand when you try to drain your steaming hot pasta with the pot lid (on crutches). The coffee maker is Keurig. Don't bring coffee expecting a coffee pot.
