Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with wonderful amenities, and they do require all guests to complete a Guest Registration Form and pay a separate resort fee. These fees are not included in your booking total and are set by the HOA, based on how many guests (age 6+), number of nights, and vehicles you'll be bringing.

Here is a quick overview of the current rates:

• $8.50 per person, per night during the summer season (Memorial Day–Labor
Day)
• $2.00 per person, per night during the off-season
• $20 per vehicle (for gate access)
• $20 admin fee per reservation

No need to worry - I will handle the HOA Registration and processing of your Resort Fees which will be calculated after receiving your completed Guest Registration Form (I will submit a payment request through VRBO's Resolution Center) to make everything seamless so you can start daydreaming about your lakefront getaway!
