Carnaval excelente

Tudo foi maravilhoso , comércio perto e praia também dá para ir caminhado uns 5 minutos andando tudo muito organizado na casa e não precisamos nos preocupar com água pois tinha um filtro na casa muito bom !!!

Ótima opção custo benefício

A estadia foi excelente, o imóvel é próximo a praia de Jeribá, porém para quem gosta de praia mais calma precisa se deslocar de carro. O imóvel em si é muito bem cuidado e aconchegante e tanto o anfitrião quanto a pessoa que nos recepcionou no dia foram muito atenciosos. Recomendo a todos que buscam uma estadia tranquila.

A casa é bem aconchegante e localizada , Seu Alfredo uma pessoa bastante agradável bem como sua esposa. O condomínio é bastante seguro, muito limpo e ideal para crianças , Na casa tem de tudo, é perto da praia e tem uma bela vista da lagoa de geribá . Só tenho a agradecer aos proprietários pela confiança e atenção prestada.

Imóvel em excelente estado e ótima localização.

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, ficando perto da praia de Geribá, com um supermercado que dá pra ir facilmente a pé, perto do ponto de ônibus e de taxi. Ficamos impressionadas com a comodidade do apartamento, que possui 3 quartos grandes, com ventilador e ar condicionado e um banheiro em cada. Além disso, ele tem todos os eletrodomésticos básicos necessários e em bom estado para uso. O condomínio é fechado e conta com uma piscina e uma churrasqueira. Por fim, o proprietário Alfredo é muito solícito e atencioso. Amamos nossa estadia e com certeza iremos voltar mais vezes.

O imóvel, aparentemente pequeno, é uma graça, muito bem conservado, limpo, seguro, no mínimos detalhes se vê o capricho dos proprietários. O condomínio é muito agradável, com uma piscina gostosa com a única água não gelada de Búzios!!! O Alfredo, proprietário que não tive o prazer de conhecer pessoalmente, foi muito solícito, ao ser questionado sobre o não funcionamento do liquidificador, de imediato me deu a solução, liberou a compra de um e posteriormente reembolsaria. São três grandes suítes com ventilador e ar condicionado. Aliás, muito bem aproveitado o espaço. A praia de Geribá fica próxima, questão de menos de 10 minutos caminhando. Fica um pouco distante do point da Rua das Pedras, precisa-se de carro e eventualmente o trânsito é pesado. Eu recomendo a todos essa locação.
