About Jennifer Restivo
My husband and I moved to Savannah in 2006 from Carmel, California. We traveled here in 2005 to 'meet the parents' before we married. When I saw the price of real estate for historic homes, the decision was instantly made to travel cross-country for a new adventure! Nearly nine years later we are still excited about our decision. I currently manage two long term rentals and two vacation rentals in the historic landmark district.
Jennifer Restivo purchased this Condo in 2012
Why Jennifer Restivo chose Historic District - North
This space boasts 14 foot ceilings and is less than a 10 minute walk to River Street! It is airy, bright and recently updated. It's location combined with the price is next to none! Walk across the street to enjoy a meal at Cha Bella or grab a Conquistador sandwich at Zunzi's for a picnic in Greene Square.
What makes this Condo unique
Location, location, location. Also, our rates are generally 1/3 to 1/2 of The Brice Hotel, which is two blocks away. For the price, this unit really goes above and beyond a typical hotel. Our beds are very comfy as well. The pull out bed comes with a 3' foam topper to put on top of the mattress to make it just as comfortable as a normal bed.

Christmas in Savannah
This property was a wonderful place for my dog and I to stay to visit family over the holidays. The neighborhood and park down the street were perfect for dog walking and play. I would definitely stay here again.
Small, but clean and cute
The picture suggests it's on a corner by a park, but is on one of the many small streets connecting all of the bigger streets. It is small, but 600 sq ft didn't register with me that it is the size of a livingroom and bedroom. The bathroom is off the bedroom, not the livingroom. The kitched, while small and lacking a dining table, is stocked with all of the necessary appliances. It is about a half mile to the river and a good place for most points of interest. Savannah has a considerable homeless population making all areas concerning after dark and before light. The bed, since everyone seems to comment about it, was very comfortable with a very thick topper, like memory foam. The pull out couch has a separate topper, the same thickness. Plenty of linens which is a huge plus, great temperature, and a full, clean bathroom, with toiletries a bonus.
We loved the condo! We parked our car and walked all over historic Savannah. The condo was comfortable and very clean. We will definitely rent again!
Owners are very nice helpful. There is a booklet with recommendations for assorted restaurants and activities. Nice extra touches.
Great location, clean!
We've stayed here twice now. Very pleased. Safe neighborhood! Everything we needed.
Great Location, Clean, and Comfortable
You couldn’t ask for a better location. The condo had everything you need in the kitchen & bathroom. Lots of street paid parking available. We had a great time.
Just steps away from historic Greene Square. On street parking is just outside the door. (Visitor parking passes for metered parking are available at the visitor's center).
