All of our homes are instantly bookable and include a customer support team available to answer any of your questions. Every one of our homes is equipped with linen and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, bathroom essentials, a self-check-in procedure, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Upon your arrival, you will receive detailed self-check-in instructions, ensuring a seamless start to your stay. These instructions will include any essential information you may need for a smooth check-in such as the access code for the building entrance and the door to your apartment. Additionally, you will receive the wireless internet log-in details, enabling you to connect to the internet effortlessly.
You can also use the in-app check-in instructions. These instructions are accompanied by photo references, ensuring that you can easily identify your designated location and confirm that you are in the correct place.

The rooftop hot tub is available year-round, providing a cozy retreat with spectacular views, even in winter. Please note, we remove the outdoor furniture during the winter months for their protection against low temperatures and snow, ensuring the hot tub remains accessible and inviting for all our guests.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
