Nestled in the pines, within walking distance of downtown Winter Park, Silverado II has everything you need under one roof. This condominium was recently updated and has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, private full bath and 32 inch Smart HDTV, and the second with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for a extra sleeping space if needed.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a main living room with 55 inch Smart HDTV with cable and DVD player. Features wooded and mountain views from the balconies of the bedrooms and family room. Free high-speed, wireless internet access. Plus after a long day on the slopes or trails, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace in the family room, or relax in the indoor pool, sauna or hot tubs.
It is a short walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Winter Park. The ski area is only ten minutes away on the free shuttle bus that picks up near the main entrance to the complex. For your convenience there is a covered parking garage with ski lockers, a fitness center, game room, and community coin operated laundry.

About the host
Your host
We live in the midwest and love driving out to Colorado for our annual ski week. The kids still love coming out even though they can't make it every year since they have grown up.
Why they chose this property
Love that it has 2 hot tubs and a nice little park down the street for the kids to play. There is also tubing and lots of great restaurants near by. We got the second time share not only because our kids are growing up and having kids of their own but because it is now under new property management and they are really stepping up and renovating the property. We have seen great improvements over the last couple years and are excited to see Silverado II continue to improve.
What makes this property unique
This great condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen!! With 4 kids it is expensive to eat out every night. So it was great being able to meal plan, bring food, and stop by the local grocery store and pick up essentials that wouldn't travel well in the coolers. This way we would eat out one night and be able to eat at the condo the rest of the week.
