Outside your door, enjoy two resort-style pools, a basketball court, scenic lakeside trails, and a dog park oasis complete with an indoor pet wash.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
