New, fully furnished apartment containing: a suite with air conditioning, cable tv, and planned cabinets, a bedroom with fan and planned cabinets, a bathroom, living room and dining room completely cable TV and air conditioning, American kitchen with cabinets refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, blender, service area with washing machine and gourmet balcony overlooking the sea and the recreation area of the condominium that includes: central plaza, infantile and adult pools with infinity pool, gym, changing rooms, sauna, game room, playroom and play ground. The owners of the property provide guests with beach chairs, umbrella and vacancy for a car in the garage.

A proprietária é uma pessoa diferenciada. Super atenciosa e muito disponível. É como se eu mesmo tivesse um apto em Itanhaém para ir com a família. De frente para o mar, piscina gostosa, condomínio sério com bom controle e uma churrasqueira perfeita. É o ideal para uma família de 3 a 5 pessoas, com um ritmo mais normal, sem muita bagunça.
