Central Phx 2bed/big yard 1925 Brick whole house

This centrally-located, charming and historic 2 bedroom plus den and one bathroom is well-equipped and nicely furnished for your stay. I have recently listed the property for sale but the showings have been very few and are by appointment…thus the discounted rate. I am happy to restrict the showings to specific times that work for my guests and will be in communication about it. All showings are with licensed agents and I track who has been in by seeing lockbox activity times and dates.

I’m not always in Phoenix to welcome my guests but I’m always available by phone or text. I check texts frequently. I live in Northern Arizona near Sedona and our area, Pafe Springs has limited cell service so sending a text sometimes can be a better way to reach me if I’m not near our wifi.

This is a little area of historic homes not far from Central Ave high rises and apartments and its a charming area of small 1920's-1940's homes and for walks to the Oval park across 7th street or through Coronado neighborhood or a few blocks to the west, the Willo area.

You have access to the whole house and back yard — the wood fence is a privacy screen. The rest of the yard is fully fenced.

There are two bedrooms and a den. I have room-darkening curtains on the west side (queen bed) and wood shutters on the south bedroom (double bed). There are the original hardwood floors throughout and the original vintage fully tiled bathroom.
Feel free to move the tv & Roku where you might want it. It’s not a huge television!
The den has a small desk/lamp for work-from—anywhere.
The kitchen is well-equipped and I’m gradually adding some herbs & spices and condiments though it’s not complete in that regard.
There is what you need for coffee— a coffee maker, French press, an electric hot water kettle for tea.

near major transportation corridor of E Thomas Rd, N 7th Street and within a 10 minute walk to the light rail at either the Encanto/Heard Museum or Thomas and Central. Can walk to many restaurants and amenities.

This house was recently put on the market. I’m a real estate agent and wanting to sell the property since I live near Sedona now.
