Whether you're here for work, fun, or family, this spacious three-story home is thoughtfully designed to host up to 13 guests in total comfort.

Inside, you'll find five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four spa-inspired bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, four queen beds, a queen-size sofa bed, and a single rollaway (available on request)—ideal for groups of friends, large families, or multi-generational getaways. The home is laid out for both privacy and togetherness, with each level offering something special: the terrace level features a guest suite that feels like a private studio, complete with a queen bed, its own lounge area, full kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom. Upstairs on the main floor, you’ll enjoy a spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and a second fully equipped kitchen—perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day out. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a stylish full bathroom on this level. Only thing I’d suggest is spraying the back yard for insects. And the front porch, occupied spider webs, and wasp nest on the porch.

We chose East Atlanta because of its fun, eclectic energy and sense of community. It’s close to work, Midtown, and Downtown, but still has its own unique charm. The neighborhood is vibrant, artsy, full of great restaurants, bars, live music, and an always-evolving local culture. We’ve loved watching it grow and being part of the community.

Our home feels like a peaceful little oasis tucked into the city. You’re surrounded by trees and nature, yet just 15–20 minutes from Downtown and even closer to iconic in-town neighborhoods like Little Five Points, Cabbagetown, Inman Park, Grant Park, Decatur, and more. It’s the perfect mix of quiet retreat and easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer.
