This charming single-level new construction house is designed for families, boaters and adventurers. Enjoy ample driveway space for your boat and trailer as well as quick access to the beach, fresh local seafood, Jet Ski rentals, boat tours, kayak tours, and so much more! We offer flexibility in your stay with only a 3-night minimum if you don't have a full week to explore the area.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The cozy living room is perfect for family gatherings, complete with a TV for movie nights and streaming options like Netflix and HBO. With a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, double bed & twin bed, and additional sleeping with a roll out single bed, everyone will have their own space to unwind after a day of beachcombing, boating or exploring local attractions.

Convenience store is within walking distance to allow for easy last minute cooler fills before heading out on the boat or to the island! Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, and scenic drives, or simply relax on the beach. With amenities like central AC, WiFi, and laundry room, this home ensures a hassle-free stay.
