Parties, smoking, and pets are prohibited with penalties of $300, $250 for noise or obscene behavior leading to police involvement, and $250 for pets. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside; guests are advised to use building's large trash cans. Damages result in pro-rated charges. Upon check-out, turn off utilities and lock up. Penalties will be deducted from security deposit.

Not as pictured

This VRBO was not clean....the tub had paint peeling, which didn't match pic of tub shown. Door to bathroom cracked, one fire detector had open wires was disconnected, one was beeping in a drawer needed batteries. Not the same sofa bed as pictured...filthy windows, floors and behind one side table in one bedroom a beer can and other garbage....carpets dirty and the code they give not correct. It was a very bad stay and I do NOT recommend this VRBO. Duct tape on one doorknob. And bathroom door also.
