We are located 1.4 miles from Ruoff Music Center (30 minute walk or 4 minute drive), 7 minutes from I-69, and 35 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Come stay in our peaceful, spacious and family-friendly abode. Our home has many amenities to make you feel welcome including, charcoal grill, hot tub and smart TV to access your movie apps.

I work for the government and my wife, Danielle, is a paramedic. We married in 2024 and I have a 6th grader son as well. We find enjoyment in exploring the outdoors, reading, board gaming, a good bourbon/brew and coffee.

Why they chose this property

Peaceful neighborhood setting with lots of young families. Our home is also nearby to multiple amenities such as Ruoff Music Center, Hamilton Town Square, Ikea, Top Golf, and Fishers Event Center. Lots of great restaurants and breweries nearby.

What makes this property unique

A little bit of rural and a little bit of city this property opens the possibilities for many types of travelers. Close to downtown Indianapolis with plenty of Uber/Lyft rides available, walkable to Ruoff music center for those who enjoy live concerts and a short drive to multiple city parks for young families.
