With smart TV in the living room and bedroom, WI-FI, split air conditioning, full kitchen. Penthouse with swimming pool and gym. It has a garage and 24-hour reception.

- Documents are requested from all guests and will be checked at check-in to create a Face ID for access.

CHECK-IN

- All guests are required to provide identification to access the property. At check-in, the guest will be checked at reception and provided with a Face ID.

Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniencing guests, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.
