House Rules: Guests agree to abide by the following house rules (the “Rules”). Please note that failure to comply with these Rules may result in monetary penalties.
(A) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Property.
(B) The maximum number of guests and pets allowed at the property is limited to that specified on the reservation and enforced strictly by outdoor surveillance cameras. No additional guests are permitted without prior approval from the host.

(C) Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect this serene neighborhood and DO NOT hold loud parties or make excessive noise . Noise monitors are in place, and violations will result in immediate notification and potential penalties.
(D) Small pets may be allowed with prior approval and upon payment of the pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture
(E) Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles prior to departure.
(F) All check out requirements must be reviewed and completed prior to departure.
(G) Safety Reminder: By using the property and its amenities, you assume full responsibility for your safety and that of your group. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, please:

1. Use the deck and dock responsibly, watching for slips and falls.
2. Wear life jackets while on the water.
3. Use the BBQ grill responsibly: extinguish coals, dispose properly, and clean after use.
4. Use the paddleboat responsibly: launch and park carefully, secure to dock after use, and wear life jackets.
5. Do not go under the deck or throw rocks/boulders into the water, as this can cause erosion or flooding in extreme weathers. Additionally, the steep slope under the deck poses a risk of falls and slips.

Your safety is paramount; please take necessary precautions and use common sense.
