Port Royal Sound and Fish Haul Beach
The natural shoreline is quiet, and the shallow water is perfect for small children. This is a great spot to hunt for shells and sea life, as well as enjoy the natural surroundings. Bird watchers enjoy this side of the island and a bald eagle frequents the area. Please note, at low tide, the floor can be mushy or muddy in places - it is best traveled with water shoes (but still doable if you don't mind the squish). This is the shoreline of Port Royal Sound - if you are looking to boogie board or enjoy waves and fluffy sand, we recommend Islanders Beach or Folly Field Beach which are Atlantic-facing beaches about a 10-minute drive away.

We are a 24 hour check in villa with manned guard gate.

Bedrooms –King beds with dedicated bathrooms (walk-in shower for master and tub/shower combo for guest bedroom). Includes a ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV, and comfortable, quality bedding including down alternative duvets.
Kitchen – full-sized appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cookware, tableware, bakeware and utensils. We offer a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker and provide k-cups for individual cup brewing. Enjoy the kitchen island with bar stools for additional prep space and seating.
The villa features a 50-inch flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer, and large dining table with seating for 4 people and very comfortable for working remotely.
The sun room features screened windows overlooking the tennis courts and comfortable seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening drink.
Other amenities include beach chairs, for the shoreline on Port Royal Sound or a 10 minute drive to Atlantic Ocean facing beaches such as Folly Field Beach. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided.
Resort amenities include 3 pools (including 1 heated indoor pool), hot tub, exercise room, sauna, basketball court, playground and 3 tennis courts. The outdoor pools are open from April through September. Access to outdoor grills, picnic area, and semi-private shoreline facing Port Royal Sound with private pier.
Guests are required to purchase parking passes upon arrival at the Spa main gate. Passes are $25. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Credit Card only.

UBER and Lyft are available. Great biking trails attached to the complex. Food deliveries are available in the area.
