Fantastic Views & Sun Sets!!

Condo is clean and updated amenities!!! Decor matches the location; beachy and bright. Don’t think you can find a better location to stay. Go eat at Capt Curt’s also, see Katee at the inside bar!

Great condo and location

Loved the location (much quieter than north) and the condo.pool and management were all great. ONLY thing was that the beach wasn’t a great walking beach but found out it was from a hurricane last year. Lovely stay other than the cool and rainy weather this year.

Paradise

This was our first time in Siesta Key/Turtle beach. Water was amazing, clear and warm. Unfortunately the sand was a bit shelly but the location and distance to beach made up for it. This was due to a hurricane that washed away the white sand prior. Would definitely go back.

Stunning views and surf sounds

This was the perfect accommodation for our trip. The cross breeze made air conditioning unnecessary almost all of the time. We saw plentiful bird life, dolphins in the Gulf, and one small ray. The unit is appointed wonderfully, and the host has thought of everything. You can hear the surf at night, which was lovely. Absolutely *everything* you need for the beach is there in the unit. The host provides laundry and dishwashing supplies. Note that you may want to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We would absolutely recommend the unit and feel blessed to stay there again. The entire complex is perfect and professionally managed.

Turtle Beach

Check in was difficult due to the lock box, lack of light, combination lock was very difficult to open and get off the box, and trying to get the condo door open (we tried the door with the numbers over it, who knew there were two doors to the condo). Other than that, the condo was great, the view lovely, and the shelling and wildlife wonderful. We did check out crescent beach (parking is terrible at this beach and so difficult to get out of) and Siesta beach which are beautiful, but we ended up loving the sweet, quiet beach at Turtle Beach. Also lucked out and saw manatee mating, I’m sure a once in a lifetime viewing. Beautiful sunsets!!

The perfect spot

This condo was perfect for us - two seniors who enjoy nature and especially love the beach. The location was amazing, with the Gulf beach on one side and a lagoon leading to the bay on the other. Easy access to restaurants, parks, boating. The unit itself, was tastefully decorated, provided a washer and dryer, and had two beds in the guest room. We were so comfortable there and hated to leave. We would rebook that condo in a second!

Great location & Amazing Beach

Property is nice, a little dated but had about everything we needed! The beach equipment could be a bit improved and we had no beach towels, but the staff got us taken care of quickly.

we had a wonderful stay

the in-home washer and dryer made it easy to come back from the beach and toss everything in the dryer. they also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys and floaties for the kids, and a large cooler which made trips to the beach much more enjoyable than we'd have been able to do on our own without those things. the location was wonderful with a beautiful view of the ocean. would definitely rent with them again!

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The owners have put a lot of love into this place. It looks to have been recently updated. We spent a lot of time in the lanai enjoying the beautiful views. The condo had everything we could have needed. We had a wonderful week and look forward to visiting again!

Cleanest and most beautiful place we've stayed

Everything was exactly as pictured but more beautiful than we imagined. Beach access was effortless. Office, maintenance and neighbors were so friendly. We had Everything we needed right in condo. We cooked several meals but ate out in town as well. I love this place so much my family has already reserved again for next year.

Far from Siesta Key

This property is rather far away from all things except it’s own private beach and 2 eating places 1/2 mile walk. So if have a auto, it’s fabulous for relaxing. Management was helpful and the Maintenance man even took us to airpor when all Ubers would not so we wouldn’t miss plane. It was very nice of him. The condo and outside property Could use a some updating.

Exceeded our expectations!

This condo was one of my favorites so far. It was clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. We loved how close it was to the water. The lanai was our favorite spot. We ate dinner on the lanai every night! The kitchen had a variety of pots and pans and we even had extra soap, cleaner and laundry detergent to use! The beds were very comfortable comfortable! I also enjoyed that we were on a more secluded part of the island. There were no crowds and it felt serene. My kids loved the pool and playing with all the beach items left in the closet. We will be back ASAP!
