This is a private, newly renovated unit. Tucked in the back of the property in an older, quiet, single-family home neighborhood, we are less than three miles from Prescott's Historic Whiskey Row! Lots of established trees for shade, fully fenced with separate, gated entrance and parking. Open, studio style floor plan with twin bed, kitchenette, mini-fridge and walk-in shower. Perfect for one traveler. Note: Owners Live in Main house at the front of the property. This is a newly constructed unit with recently graded, rough, un-landscaped yard.
