A Few Bumps But Overall A Good Stay

Best thing first: this is in a great neighborhood with lots to walk to! The bedrooms were roomy and it was nice to have 3 queen sized beds. Unfortunately one of the bed frames was not properly put together so the slats came loose as we moved around on the bed, giving us quite a scare!Cleaning was ok, could use a little work - bathroom trash was not emptied and we found an empty water bottle on a shelf. Also missing some towels, but the property manager brought us some when we messaged. Finally, I had a random extra cleaning charge the day of check in that I was told would be refunded and was not. Overall I think this place has a lot of potential with just a few items fixed.
