Immersed in nature, “Ocean Blue” is a warm and inviting beach home located in the unique, secluded setting of Ellisville with sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay, Lookout Point Beach and Salt Marsh Pond. Just minutes off the highway, it’s conveniently located just north of Cape Cod.

Breathtaking sunrise views can be seen from the deck, and the beach is ideal for viewing the sunset over Salt Marsh Pond. A path 100 yards from the property opens up onto the expansive beach (deeded beach rights), requiring minimal effort when transporting gear to and from the beach (no stairs!). The enclosed outdoor shower offers a peaceful way to wash away the salt/sand after a long day at the beach. Mid-afternoon shade envelops the deck, making it perfect for reading or enjoying a cocktail. Al fresco dining is enjoyed on either the deck overlooking the ocean, or under the grapevine covered arbor. The shady backyard (.84 acre, very private) offers many activities, including shuffleboard, badminton, horseshoes, hammock, etc.

Water views all around! Four comfortable bedrooms (1 w/ a private walk out entrance onto the deck) allow ample space for 8. Generous seating in the kitchen and dining room provide for indoor dining. The cozy living room and glassed in sun porch, both w/ unobstructed ocean views, are also a wonderful way enjoy the pristine surroundings. There is a 55-inch TV in the family room (FIOS cable/WiFi service).

This house is ideal for family/friend gatherings and lively activity, but it is NOT A “PARTY” HOUSE. While all of the necessary amenities are conveniently located within one mile of the property (supermarket, gas station, liquor store, restaurants/takeout, bank, etc.), the house is located in a neighborhood that borders the tranquil nature sanctuary of Ellisville State Park w/ only four driveway parking spaces and absolutely no street parking (1 lane private road).

Rental period is Saturday to Saturday.
