* NOTE: The bathroom to this listing is located in the central hallway outside of the unit. It is only 5 feet from your entrance and you do not have to physically go outside, but it is not inside of the apartment. It is a private bathroom reserved strictly for you and your guests.

* NOTE: This home was constructed in the early 1900s and is not new construction.
If you are not comfortable with that then this listing may not be the best fit for you

* NOTE: Air Con is available from April to September only

* NOTE: Your fur baby is welcome in our home! If you plan to brings any Pets make sure to disclose this now to save on the Pet Fees! Pet Fees are $45/pet if reported before check-in and $99/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in.
