Charming 3-bedroom house just 9.5 miles from Johnson Beach in Perdido Key.
This almost four year-old 3-bedroom home is perfect for your escape to Perdido Key/Pensacola. With 2 king beds and 2 extra long twin beds, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this serene retreat. All linens and pillows are included. Enjoy the pleasant amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, WiFi, full sized washer and dryer and patio area with grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook meals at home. Two leather couches with recliners sit comfortably in the living area in front of the television for relaxing after a day at the beach or touring local attractions. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower (separate shower in master) and include towels and washcloths. Beaches and restaurants are only about 10 minutes away. This home will help you experience everything Pensacola has to offer. Note: There is a camera outside on the front porch and a camera outside on the patio. There are no cameras inside the home

About the host

My husband, David, and I bought the home almost four years ago. It was just being built when we purchased the home and we planned to visit Perdido Key as offer as possible. Since that time, we loved the area so much, we have moved to Perdido Key permanently.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a quiet, family oriented area with very few short term rental homes. In the last we have not rented the home very otter since we stayed there quite often. It is a very safe area and close to all attractions including the beach, restaurants and the naval museum.
What makes this property unique
The home is decorated with a “beach vibe” but includes all the comforts of home. The new couches with recliners were purchased when we bought the home to ensure relaxing evenings and the kitchen includes everything we would have in our own kitchen. The beds were also purchased new and are as comfortable as one might have at home. Guests will enjoy Quier evenings in the patio grilling or just enjoying the serenity of the evening.
