About this property

Jackson Hole Country Cabin in the Woods

Rustic and cozy cabin-house with a pasture and barn nestled in the woods at the edge of the national forest. Large wraparound deck and hot tub. Looking for guests to stay from a week to a month.

Cabin includes 4-5 person outdoor hot tub under covered gazebo. Fully stocked kitchen. Open floor plan allows for family interaction. Wood stove in living room. Ample supply of firewood next to the cabin. Rustic dining tables both indoors and outdoors. Chiminea and outdoor furniture located on the deck. Cabin is about 2200 sq feet and has three bedrooms with queen beds, inclusive of a large loft with sliding door. A semi-finished basement is at the lower level with an additional 4th bedroom with a full bed. Garage can accommodate 1 vehicle, and driveway can accommodate additional vehicles. Barn, lean-to, and pasture do not currently house animals, but are great backdrops for family photo shoots. Cabin features the award winning photography of Daniel Ewert.

Snake River access with great fishing is three miles north of the cabin off of a country road. The scenic Fall Creek is about two miles south along the dirt/gravel road and provides great public use areas for fishing and family picnics. A network of trails through the scenic Munger Mountain start directly across the driveway for recreational hiking, trail running, and bike riding.

The cabin is about a 25-30 minute scenic drive to downtown Jackson, Wyoming. The cabin is about 30 minutes from Teton Village, and from there you start getting into Grand Teton National Park about 5 more minutes down the road. Another pretty section of Grand Teton starts just north of Jackson and is about 35 to 40 minutes away. The southern entrance to Yellowstone is about 45 minutes to an hour north of Jackson, or about 1.5 hours from the house. The Bridger-Teton National Forest, which borders the Grand Teton National Park, is immediately next to and bordering the house.
