This is an "Ocean Front "reservation, which means an Ocean Front unit with a Balcony facing the Ocean! The resort is on the beach; your view depends on your reservation type. You are minutes from the beach, a quick ride down the elevator, exit the building, and you are at the beach access ramp! Immediate access to the Hot Tubs, the Pool Bar, or the Pools. This is great for kids when you want to make multiple trips to the beach per day! When you arrive, while you're waiting for your room, head out to the beach and rent a chair and an umbrella for the week! You're now set for the week! Enjoy the Pool(s)

My family has been coming to Ocean Watch for more than 10 year now as an annual event , including now our grandkids . We make the Grand Dunes an annual event with our kids and grandkids due to the Pool and Beach access, as well the many local options for dining, shopping, and recreation. Not to exclude the pool bar and staff which accomdate everyone's needs kids and adults ! I purchased several units for the family as it grew. Occasionally, after making our reservations and when we can't all make the trip,I rent a unit.
This is one of those years .
I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do! Being a host allows me to share the experience with you!
